Building a home is both a challenging and exciting experience. Building a home with National Affordable Housing Network will give you the opportunity to not only build your home but to be a part of a group where you come to know your neighbors as you help them build their homes.

National Affordable Housing Network uses the Self-Help Housing model to assist you in constructing a new home and the homes of four to ten individuals and families in your group.  Everyone in the group will help construct one another’s homes under the general supervision of NAHN Construction Staff. No one will move into their home until all of the homes in the group are complete.

NAHN has a variety of high performance house plans to choose from and is currently building in multiple locations in Butte and in Whitehall in the Mountain Horizons Subdivision.
