Whitehall, Montana – The National Affordable Housing Network has broken ground in Southwest Montana’s premier subdivision with 360 degree Mountain views. Four, Super Insulated Slab on Grade, foundations have been completed and construction continues to move forward in the subdivision. Three of the four houses will be built through the NAHN self-help program where families work together to construct their homes, as a build group, keeping the cost down by adding their own sweat equity (CLICK HERE to learn more about Self help). The fourth home started in the subdivision is seeking qualified individuals or families.
If you are interested in a New Home in the beautiful Mountain Horizons Subdivision, lots are still available for Self-help, Self Help light or contractor built housing in the subdivision. NAHN is offering multiple variations of our High Performance Plans in the subdivision including Slab on Grade, full basement, two story and Condominium units. Opportunities are currently available so act now!
Construction has commenced on this site and a qualifying family is sought for completion through self help, self help light, or contractor completion. Home price is contingent upon program track and individual qualifications.
