This is our fourth, and final, article in our Program Information series, where we dive into the details of what National Affordable Housing Network offers to the public. Today we will be discussing our buy-a-home program.
Buy a home through the network and achieve affordable homeownership quickly. There are a few homes that are either currently under construction or already built and waiting for a family to claim them. Take a look at our current selection of available homes and find one that fits your needs. This program does require that you meet with a credit counselor, at no cost to you, to make sure that you are ready for successful homeownership.
For those of you who may be interested in building one of our super insulated homes without going through our mutual self-help housing or buy-a-home programs, there is an alternative. Our housing plans are available for anyone to purchase so they can build their own energy-efficient and affordable home, independent of National Affordable Housing Network.
