If you’re finding it’s time for a housing change, maybe it is time to consider homeownership.  We here at the National Affordable Housing Network are committed to working with all individuals and families seeking a better opportunity to achieve the dream of homeownership.  

Currently we have two homes available for larger families seeking that ownership opportunity. These homes are currently under construction in Butte at 942 N Main Street and 949 Nevada Ave. More information on these homes can be found on our Available Homes Page (Link)

In addition to the two homes under construction NAHN has a limited number of slots available in our 2020 Mutual Self Help Housing Groups (Link to MSH) in Butte, Whitehall, Boulder, and Anaconda.  Participation in this program awards purchasers the opportunity to customize a NAHN high performance house plan to family size and budget in the location that is most suitable for your situation in SW MT. This program requires a 1 year commitment of time towards the construction of your own home with NAHN’s technical construction expertise.
